Everything!
In one week a lot of things can happen, or could have happened, or had happened. Regardless of what, here's a list of what can happen, or could have happened, or had happened:- Happy belated birthday to Manzy! Hope all of your wishes come true! Don't forget to save a slice of your cake for me yeah!
- Influenza A H1N1, commonly known as swine flu, has hit Malaysia and Thailand. If Singapore is next on the list then Brunei will not escape its fate as well... So prepare yourself for the worse! It isn't lethal at the moment (to the healthy ones anyway) but it's good to practise good hygiene routine and avoid close contact with those who exhibit flu-like symptoms. There is NO vaccination for H1N1 disease yet but antiviral is available to treat the illness once infected. Nonetheless, prevention is better than cure so be on the alert! Travellers who return from affected countries MUST exercise stringent vigilance and report to the health center at once if you become symptomatic. Be responsible! Don't be selfish and infect everyone around you!
- God knows how long I have to work as the secretariat at the ministry. Meetings, reports, data collection, communicating between departments... so many things to do, so little time to relax. If Brunei confirms with its first case, then the work can easily increase by 20 folds. I probably die from work exhaustion before the flu gets me. Super busy next week! Two meetings in the same day. I wonder if I can cope with that?
- TV series season finales!!! Beware of spoilers! You have been warned! The best finale? I'd say Grey's Anatomy! Say goodbye to Izzy (potentially of course) since the season ended with her friends trying to resuscitate her when clearly she had signed for DNR! And the most shocking of all, George will follow suit! Supernatural is a close second best with the Winchester brothers unknowingly breaking the last seal to release Lucifer into the world and oh, Ruby is finally dead! I always knew that she is a conniving evil self righteous demon! CSI: NY ~ one of the cast was killed in the line of duty and towards the end, the usual people got together in a bar to commiserate the passing of their colleague when suddenly a car pulled up, an unknown gunman fired strays of bullets at them. Pretty cool eh? Fringe ~ Olivia finally gets to meet the mystery man behind all this X-Files-ish incidents and the season ended with her crossing over to the parallel universe where another world exists just like her own. Ever wonder how yourself would turn out to be in another dimension? Reminds me of one of the Star Trek Voyager episodes. Prison Break ~ I don't really watch this but this is the SERIES finale in which Michael Scofield succumbed to his illness. Dollhouse ~ JJ Abrams' series will return for another season despite weak plots and boring storyline. Still, it's fun to watch mindless "dolls" being given personalities and they become whatever their clients wish them to be. Kinky thoughts race through my mind! Lost ~ As the name itself implies, one will definitely get lost if he doesn't watch the previous seasons. The final episode saw Juliet trying to save her fellow friends while sacrificing her own life. It's about time one of the main characters gets written off the show! Heroes ~ used to be my favourite show but somehow the interest has dwindled with more ridiculous plot. Still the ending is quite amusing with Nathan dead permanently and Sylar "forced" to live like Nathan so that Nathan is actually Sylar and Sylar is Nathan, well sort of. House ~ House has gone mad! Now he's being admitted to a madhouse! Yay! More finales to come in the coming week, Desperate Housewives, 24, Ugly Betty, and whatever that I am watching for the past 8 months. And I have to start burning them into DVDs since my HDD is running of space. As of now, 83GB of space has been used to keep those files!
- Today is Sunday, I woke up at 9am, surfed the internet for a bit, checked my bills, and I started blogging. I have class at 12pm, a rendezvous at 3pm, tennis at 4pm, and a dinner gathering at 7pm. It's no wonder I feel that the time has passed so quickly! Before I realize it, it's going to be another Sunday again.
- I have 139 unread emails. Great! Mostly spam and phishing mails. Or increase manhood and heighten sexual instinct mails. Boring! But it's fun deleting them with just a click of the mouse!
- Umm, I don't know what else to add but I will update this if I remember anything. For now, it ends here. TBC...
