Forest Dump

Once again I have just finished cleaning my room. More like sorting out stuff and discarding useless junks. I believe that I have inherited the habit of collecting items from my father, who to my knowledge, is probably the greatest collector of all time. The other day my mother told me that they have done a spring cleaning and have thrown away a lot of stuff but when I went into their room last night, it still looked the same to me. More and more junks piling up from corner to corner. It's like a jungle in there! There may be new species of animals living there. Sigh! I hope my children do not take this gene of mine, I wish to go for genetic manipulation and erase this unfavorable heritage.

After clearing all the things, I realized that:

I have a lot of clothes, way too many of them. I have donated two bagful of clothes and I still have a lot of them residing in my wardrobe. Some of which I have never worn. So readers if you ever want to get me a present, please DO NOT get me clothes or anything that is of clothing materials e.g. socks, shirts, pants, towels, and especially ties. I have like over 50 of those and I certainly do not need anymore. Thank you very much.
I have a lot of boxes like mobile phone boxes, watch boxes, game console boxes, etc which are taking up a lot of space.
I have a lot of bags too.
I have a lot of those small cute stuff like key chains, toys, soft toys and many more which I haven't discovered yet.

Honestly when I do move into a new home, I am going to have a hard time trying to relocate the things which I don't need.

I am not a keeper!

I am too old for sentimental keepsakes! Burn all those letters! On second thought I'd like a paper shredder, remember my obsession in buying one?

Books, magazines, DVDs, CDs, games, game accessories will be next on the list heading towards the rubbish dump.

Perhaps I should have a garage sale soon.

In fact when I move into a new house, I will only need a huge wardrobe, a cabinet, a bed, a bedside table, a study table. a chair, 2 shelves, a TV stand and possibly a computer table if I ever buy a new desktop.

First new year resolution ~ DO NOT COLLECT JUNK!

Ok I am off for an afternoon siesta. Going to play tennis at 4pm and perhaps a swim if I can summon the energy within otherwise I want to shop again at Hua Ho Mall. Blender here I come!
